I set up the caregiver controls without much trouble, and overall they’ve been working well. A couple of the settings could be explained a little better, but once I figured them out, it was really helpful. Weirdly, I remember doing most of the setup while my microwave was beeping nonstop because I forgot about my coffee. So yeah, it was easy enough even with that going on.

Calls are usually clear, and I’m not constantly having to repeat myself, which is nice. I’ve had a couple times where the audio got a little muffled, and I kind of blame whoever runs this for not smoothing that out yet, but overall it works well for my day-to-day calls. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ended up needing to return it, and customer support made the whole process easy. My sister had warned me returns can be a headache, but this was actually handled without much hassle.

I got this for my dad mostly because of the emergency button, and its been really helpful. He can press it easy enough, and I feel a lot better knowing he has it when he's home by himself. Setup wasnt hard either, which was a relief. It’s not super fancy or anything, but it does what we needed it to do, and thats the main thing.

It dies a lot faster than I expected. I was hoping it would hold a charge better, but I find myself needing to recharge it often.

It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not as smooth as I hoped it would be. I’m glad they offer setup help, but I feel like the process could be made a bit easier.

I’m really grateful for how much this has helped my dad. He can get around and call us when he needs to without someone helping him every minute. The setup was easy, and it’s made him feel more independent again, which means a lot to our family.

One side was crushed and some of the tape was already coming loose. I’ve dealt with this kind of thing before, so opening it was more stressful than it should’ve been because I kept thinking something inside was going to be damaged.

For a product like this, I really expected better packaging. It looks like everything turned out mostly fine, but I’m tired of having to worry about the same shipping condition issue every time a package shows up looking like it barely made it...

I got this for my dad, and it’s been really good. The volume is loud, loud enough that he can hear calls much better now, even when the TV is on. The ring is also loud, which helps a lot. So far, we’re very happy with it.

The screen is okay overall, but reading small text on it gets tiring after a while. It does the job, but the experience feels kind of impersonal, like I’m just dealing with a ticket number instead of something made with real users in mind

That said, I did have mixed feelings at first because the updates were kind of slow and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. He’s already dropped it a couple of times since then, which I kind of expected, but it still works perfectly. No cracks, no strange glitches, nothing concerning. After using it day to day for a bit now, it feels solid and reliable enough for him...

I’ve been getting a solid signal around town and even on longer drives, which is what I was waiting for. Calls barely drop, and that was the main thing that used to drive me nuts. So far, I’m happy with it.
